If you would like to give to your organization through their SecureGive giving kiosk, then follow the steps below.
1. Tap the Donate or Purchase button
2. Choose a donation category and amount, and then tap Next.
3. Sign in or continue without an account
If you already have a SecureGive account, then put in the email address or phone number that you would normally sign in with and tap the Sign In Or Sign Up button and continue to step 5: Confirm the donation.
If you do not have an existing SecureGive account but would like to create one, then put in your email address or phone number and tap the Sign In Or Sign Up button. Then follow the steps below in the Create A New Account section.
If you choose to donate anonymously or as a guest, then follow the steps below:
Donate Anonymously Or As A Guest
Whether you have a SecureGive account or not, you can choose to give anonymously or as a guest. To give anonymously, tap the Donate Anonymously button. Then continue to Step 5 to confirm the donation. Keep in mind that if you choose to give anonymously, you will not get an emailed receipt.
You can also choose to donate as a guest by tapping the Donate As A Guest button. Then type in your full name and email, select Next, and then continue to step 5 to confirm the donation. This option will allow you to get a receipt via email. If you do not have a SecureGive account, you will receive an email asking you to setup an account. If you do have a SecureGive account, the transaction made as a guest will be visible in your account as long as you put in the email address that is tied to your account.
5. Confirm the donation amount and category, add an optional message, and tap the Confirm button.
If your organization allows you to help offset the transaction fees for your donation, then you will see the "Help offset transaction fees?" toggle near the bottom right. By enabling that toggle, the offset fee amount will be added to your donation total.
6. Swipe your card to submit the donation
Congratulations! You have successfully completed a kiosk donation.
Create A New Account
After you've put in your email address or phone number on the sign in page and tapped the Sign In Or Sign Up button, then the next page will confirm that the information you tapped in is not tied to an existing account.
1. Tap the Create Account button.
2. Put in your first and last name, and then tap Continue.
3. If you want, you can type in your address, but this part is optional. If you would rather leave these fields blank, then just tap the Sign Up button and finish the donation.
4. Create a password
You will then receive an email from email@example.com that includes a link to create a password. Click on the link to create a new password.
Then type in your new password and click Save Password to save the changes.
5. Sign in
Now that you've successfully created a new SecureGive account, you will be taken to the Sign-In page. Be sure to save a bookmark of this webpage in your web browser.
