The Stock page will show you the status your donor's stock gifts as they progress from an initial Promise to the final payout.

Stocks Reporting

You can view the Stocks page by going to Reporting > Stock. From there you'll see a list of your donor's stock gifts and their different statuses. Below is an explanation of what the different processing statuses mean:
  1. Promised: The donor has indicated their intention to make a gift of stock and has been provided with transfer (DTS) instructions. The gift of stock has not yet been received.
  2. In Process: The gift of stock has been received and will be liquidated for USD. The donor has been sent a contribution receipt to the email that they provided.
  3. Disbursement In Process: The gift of stock has been liquidated for USD and disbursement of the net proceeds to your organization is in process.
  4. Paid: The gift is complete and the proceeds have been disbursed to your organization.
