If the touchscreen will not power on, then go through the steps below to troubleshoot.
1. Check that the power adaptor is properly connected.
2. Verify the AC wall outlet is functioning. If not, try a different power outlet. Also, if the kiosk is connected to a surge protector or power strip, make sure those are working correctly.
3. Make sure the power button on the back of the monitor has been pressed on.
4. Make sure the power button is not broken
5. Look at the LED light on the monitor.
- Solid Orange/Red typically indicates a power off condition, or the unit may be in Sleep/Hibernate mode. Press the power button to see if the display comes back.
- Solid Green indicates the monitor should be displaying video.
- Flashing Green or Yellow typically indicates standby mode.
6. Check the internal cable connections and look for missing or damaged cords.
