Below are the different ways that you can access the App Store listing for the SecureGive iPad Kiosk app so it can be updated.
Note: You can also turn on automatic updates on iPads so if the app is not open, it can download updates automatically in the background.

If you are in the SecureGive App:
- Tap Version Number in the bottom right corner of the kiosk screen. It will also say, "Update Available".
- Sign in: Enter your SecureGive administrator sign in credentials.
- Tap the Update Kiosk button.
- At this point, we will navigate you to the Apple App Store where you can tap the Update button to install the latest version.

If you are in the App Store app:
- Tap your Apple ID Profile icon in the top corner
- Select to see your previously "purchased" apps
- Select SecureGive Kiosk

If you are in the Safari app:
- Open the Safari app on your iPad and visit https://sgive.co/kiosk to be taken to our App Store listing. Please note that our app is Unlisted in the App Store so you cannot find it by searching the app store. You will only access it using our direct link. If you attempt to search the App Store for the kiosk app, it will not show up!
- At this point, this link will navigate you to the Apple App Store where you can tap the Update button to install the latest version.
NOTE: Once the kiosk app has been updated, we recommend completing a $1 test transaction on the kiosk to make sure the card swipe is working properly.
