Follow the instructions below to give to your organization through their SecureGive giving kiosk.
- Tap the Donate or Purchase button
- Choose a donation or purchase category and amount, and then tap Sign In/Sign Up.
- If you already have a SecureGive account, then enter the phone number that is associated with your profile. If you'd rather enter your email, then tap where it says, "Prefer to use your email? Tap Here." Then tap Confirm Donation.
If you do not have an existing SecureGive account but would like to create one, then enter your phone number and tap the Confirm Donation button, or tap to enter your Email instead. Then a pop-up message will appear to confirm if the phone number or email entered matches an existing account. If it doesn't match an existing account, then click the Create An Account button and follow the steps to create your account. Then tap the Confirm Donation button.
You can also choose to Donate as a Guest or Donate Anonymously.
- Review the donation category and amount, add an optional message, and tap the Donate button.
If your organization allows you to help offset the transaction fees for your donation, then you will see the "Help offset transaction fees?" checkbox. By checking that box, the offset fee amount will be added to your donation total.
- Swipe your card to submit the donation
Congratulations! You have successfully completed a kiosk donation.
