If you are no longer able to use biometrics or Face ID to sign in to the SecureGive Mobile app, then follow the steps below reset the authorization for that.
First, make sure that you are on the most recent version of the SecureGive app by visiting the Apple App store or Google Play Store and searching for SecureGive and installing the available update.
You can reset the biometric/Face ID option by following the steps below:
- Sign in to the SecureGive Mobile app using your email/phone & password
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner (looks like a person)
- Turn OFF the slider next to "Use Fingerprint/Face ID to Sign In"
- Scroll down and Sign Out
- Sign in again using your email/phone & password
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner
- Turn ON the slider next to "Use Fingerprint/Face ID to Sign In"
Now, the next time you sign in, the biometrics/Face ID option should work.
