Simplified Sign-in

Simplified Sign-in allows donors to sign in using a phone number and one-time text code. The first time you use this process, you will be asked to enter a phone number to receive a verification code. You can also choose to Continue as a Guest or Sign in with email instead.

On the screen where you enter your verification code, you can check the “Remember Me” box to be automatically sent a code without having to enter your phone number the next time.

After entering the code to verify your number, if your account already exists you will be signed in.

If we find multiple accounts with your phone number, you will be taken to a screen to sign in with your email/password.

If we do not find an account with your phone number, you can

  1. Create An Account
  2. Link to an Existing Account (by signing in with email and password)
  3. Use a Different Phone Number.

If you need to sign in with email and password but your account doesn't have a password yet, you will be asked to enter your email to receive a password reset. Once you have set a password, you can then get your phone number verified to your account by signing in again.

*To manage phone numbers tied to your SecureGive account, you can sign in and go to Edit Profile to see the main phone number listed for your account profile. Then, go to Account Phone Numbers to see numbers that are verified sign in methods for your account.
