Pause or Cancel your Recurring Transaction

 

  1. Go to app.securegive.com and sign in. 
  2. In the upper right corner, click on your User Account Icon > Recurring Transactions.
  3. You'll see a list of all active recurring transactions you have set up under your account and with which organizations they are associated. (If you're wanting to delete a recurring transaction that is currently paused, then you will need to select the Paused tab to view it.)
  4. Click anywhere on the recurring transaction row to go to the Recurring Details page.
  5. From there, you'll be able to use the buttons on the side to manage your recurring. Note: On a mobile device, the buttons will be below the recurring transaction details.

    1. To pause your recurring transaction, select the Pause Recurring button, and then select the Confirm button in the pop-up that displays. By pausing your recurring transaction, it will still exist in your account, but it will no longer process until you Resume it again. This will allow you to keep the information but choose when you want it to be active.

    2. To cancel your recurring transaction, select the Cancel button. In the Cancel Recurring window that appears at the right, check the "Yes, I want to cancel this recurring transaction" box at the bottom. (You may have to scroll down to see it.) Finally, select the Cancel Recurring button. Now your recurring transaction will no longer process, and it will be moved to the Canceled status. If the recurring transaction did not process any transactions, it will be completely removed from your account​
