All of these issues are likely related to the hard drive being full on your countertop kiosk. Complete the troubleshooting steps below to free up some room on the hard drive. If the hard drive is not full, then the computer may just need to be restarted and the Kiosk app relaunched.
Steps:
Free Up Hard Drive Space
1. To look at the hard drive in Windows 10, click on the Windows icon at the bottom left and type in and choose “Computer.”
2. If the hard drive is full or almost full, then double-click on the hard drive icon and navigate to Windows > Temp. Delete all files in the Temp folder. Also, navigate to Windows > Logs > CBS. Then delete all CbsPersist files in the CBS folder, but do NOT delete the CBS file.
3. Close out of Windows Explorer.
4. Empty the Recycle Bin and restart the computer.
Sometimes the Access Disabled message can also be related to a temporary loss of the internet connection. If freeing up room on the hard drive didn't help, then follow the steps in the Help Center article below.
