Resume a Recurring Transaction

  1. Go to app.securegive.com and sign in. 
  2. In the upper right corner, click on your User Account Icon > Recurring Transactions.
  3. You'll see a list of all active recurring transactions you have set up under your account and with which organizations they are associated.
  4. Click on the Paused tab to view all recurring transactions that are currently paused.
  5. Click anywhere on the recurring transaction row to go to the Recurring Details page.
  6. From there, you'll be able to use the buttons on the side to manage your recurring. Note: If you're on a mobile device, you may have to scroll down past your history to get to these options.

  7. To resume your recurring transaction, select the Resume Recurring button, and then select the Confirm button in the pop-up that displays. Your recurring transaction will now process on the next scheduled date.
