To use your export file for Roll Call, you will need to make sure the necessary information is entered in the SecureGive system. Roll Call requires Fund Names are entered to be able to import transactions to their database.
Fund Name: You will need to make sure that the “Donation Category” name in SecureGive is an exact match to the name of the fund in Roll Call.
For example, if your general fund is listed as “Tithes & Offerings” in Roll Call, in “Donation Categories” in SecureGive, you will need to make sure the name is also listed as “Tithes & Offerings.”
Once the Find Names are saved, you will go to Reporting > All Transactions and use the date selector to choose the dates you’d like to export. You’ll use the “Export to Roll Call” button to save your Roll Call file to the computer. From here, you’ll need to follow the Roll Call import instructions. If you do not have those instructions, you can reach out directly to Roll Call, and they can assist!
SecureGive will not track what dates you have exported, so we suggest that you set up a schedule for exporting. We also suggest that you save each file with a name that includes the export dates for easy tracking.
