You are able to delete your Saved Payment Method anytime by signing in to your SecureGive account.
- Sign in to app.securegive.com
- In the upper right corner, click on your User Account Icon > Payment Methods.
- Click on the Edit button next to the payment method that you'd like to delete.
- Click on the trash bin icon at the bottom of the edit payment method pane.
- Click Confirm on the confirmation modal.
(NOTE: You will not be able to delete a payment method that is currently in use for a recurring transaction. You will first need to either cancel the recurring transaction or associate a different payment method with it. To view instructions on how to cancel your recurring transaction, click here.
