The Virtual Terminal will allow you to enter a one-time donation or recurring donation on behalf of a donor. 

• Go to Reporting>Virtual Terminal - (if you do not see this option, you may need to reach out to SecureGive to activate it.)
• Begin by choosing one-time or recurring.
• Enter a name or email address in the Member blank to see if the donor already exists in your database. If they do, click on the appropriate result. If they do not, you can click Add Member to enter them (only if completing a one time donation).  If the donor doesn't have a registered account in SecureGive, you will not be able to set up a recurring donation for them. 
• From there, follow the prompts to choose the Location and Transaction Type. You may also choose to include a message. 
• Enter amounts and categories.
• If setting up recurring, choose the Frequency and Charge On day or date. Choose an end date or you can leave it as ongoing. 
• Enter payment information Review and confirm the donation.
