All Transactions

The All Transactions page defaults to showing all successful transactions within the last 31 days. However, you can filter the transaction's list by selecting a time period from the date selector or by clicking on the Filters button and entering additional filtering options.

Select the Grand Totals icon to view the dollar amounts that have been given to each category. This updates to match the search criteria you have selected.

 

 

To view and print a Full Report

A Full Report allows you to generate a printable report that shows giving totals broken down by category.

  1. Select your date range and then add any additional filters by using the Filters button. You can also sort the transactions list by clicking on the headers just above the transactions list.
  2. Then select the More Actions button and choose Full Report from the dropdown. (It may take a few seconds for the report to generate.)
  3. The Full Report will then generate list of transactions that includes a column for each of the following types of info: Date, Member ID, First Name, Last Name, Status, Type, Source, Payment Method, Card Type, Total, total amounts given to each category, Location, Message, Transaction ID, and Batch ID. You'll also the grand giving and category totals at the top. 
  4. You can click the printer icon at the top right to print the report if needed.

 

To download the transactions report to a .CSV

  1. Sort and filter your transactions.
  2. Click the Screen_Shot_2023-01-25_at_4.00.49_PM.png button to download the CSV file. The CSV file will include the information that's included in the Full Report, but it will also include information from the donor's profile such as their email and address. 

 

Add an Offline Transaction

To add an offline transaction, click the More Actions button at the right and then choose Add Offline Transaction. To learn more about adding an offline transaction, view the Help Center article HERE.

 

Print a transaction report

Click the Screen_Shot_2023-01-25_at_4.04.56_PM.png button to print a transactions report that includes the following data: Date, Member ID, First Name, Last Name, Status, Type, Source, Payment Method, and Total.
