As an organization administrator, you can resume a member's recurring transaction on their behalf. When a recurring transaction is resumed, the donor will be notified of the change via email.
- Go to Reporting > Recurring Transactions
- Select the recurring transaction you would like to resume.
- From the right hand sidebar, click the View Details button.
- On the Recurring Details page, click the Resume Recurring button to enable the recurring transaction.
- Click Confirm in the pop-up that displays.
The recurring transaction has now been resumed, and the donor is sent an email notification.
