Resume a Recurring Transaction

As an organization administrator, you can resume a member's recurring transaction on their behalf.  When a recurring transaction is resumed, the donor will be notified of the change via email.

  1. Go to Reporting > Recurring Transactions

  2. Select the recurring transaction you would like to resume.

  3. From the right hand sidebar, click the View Details button.

  4. On the Recurring Details page, click the Resume Recurring button to enable the recurring transaction.

  5. Click Confirm in the pop-up that displays.

The recurring transaction has now been resumed, and the donor is sent an email notification.
