The Pledges page allows you to see the pledges created by your members, the start and end dates for their pledges, what percentage of their pledge has been fulfilled, the date that a pledge has been fulfilled, and more.
You can change the sort order of pledges by clicking on the headers at the top. You can sort pledges by first name, last name, email, goal/pledge drive name, pledge start, pledge end, percent fulfilled, and date fulfilled.
By clicking the Download CSV button, a CSV file will generate that includes the info in the screenshot above but greatly expanded to include the donor's email and address along with the pledge amount and amount fulfilled.
Click on a donor's pledge to see more information about their pledge. From the Edit Pledge page you can edit a member's pledge details. To delete a pledge, click on the red trash bin icon at the top right.
Would you like to enter a pledge on behalf of a donor?
You can do this by going to the Pledges page and hitting the plus button to the upper right. Please note that there will need to be a member profile in existence for anyone you want to enter a pledge for. If there is not a profile in existence, you will need to create one first. When entering their pledge, you will begin by entering a name or email and choose from the possible matches that pop up. From there, just enter their pledge information. When entering the amount, enter it in terms of the amount per week, month, etc., not the total amount - unless you choose the frequency of One Time, then it would be appropriate to enter the full pledge amount.
