The Members page is where you can view and add donor profiles. You can also search, sort, and filter the members list.
To view the Members page
- Go to Users > Members.
- Once there, you'll see the list of individuals that have interacted with or been created under your organization. This list will include their Name, Email, Member ID (if applicable), the date of their Last Activity, the date their profile was Last Updated, the Date they Joined (created the profile), Total Amount given for the time period selected, and whether the Account is a registered profile or not.
We have badges to help you identify which individuals have registered accounts and which ones have only donated as a guest and did not create an account. A Registered profile is one that the donor has completed by setting up a password to access it. A profile listed as No Account is one that was generated either by someone in your organization adding them in or by the user completing a transaction as a guest. If your organization has been with SecureGive for a number of years, you may also see a badge that says "Unclaimed". These would be members who had an account with SecureGive previously but have not accessed it since we changed our platform a couple of years ago.
How To Search, Sort, and Filter the Member List
Search
To easily search for a particular member, you can click the search button at the upper right and enter either a first name, last name, or email address.
Sort
By clicking the headers just above the members list, you can sort the profiles by first name, last name, email, Member ID, Last Activity, Last Updated, Date Joined, Total Amount, and Account.
Date Selector
The date selector allows you to view members who gave during a selected time period.
- Click on the date selector to open the calendar dropdown. (You can also find a date selector by clicking the Filters button. See below.)
- Click twice to set a date range. The first click sets the start date, and the second click sets the end date. If you want to only choose a single day, then you will need to click twice on that day.
- After you've chosen a date range, the calendar dropdown will close and the member's list will only show profiles that gave during that timeframe.
- You can click the X to set the date selector back to All Time.
Filters
- Click the Filters button to open the Filters window.
- Choose your filters
- Set a date range by clicking the date selector.
- The Locations dropdown will allow you to filter your members list by location.
- The Member Type selector lets you choose between seeing all members or only those that made their first transaction within the selected time frame.
- The Transaction Type allows you to further filter the members list by whether they completed transactions to a donation or purchase category. - Once you've chosen your filters, click Apply.

How To Add Member Profiles
- Select the + button in the upper right.
- Enter their information and select Save.
*Please note, this creates a "No Account" profile in SecureGive and not a "Registered" account, but it does send them an email to complete their profile and register their account.
To download a CSV of your members
Select the download button on the upper right. You can sort the members list by clicking on the headers. You can sort by first name, last name, email, Member ID, Last Activity, Date Joined, Total Amount, and Account. However you choose to sort the list, that is how it will be ordered in the CSV file.
