If the computer in your stand-alone kiosk is outdated and no longer functioning properly, you can replace it with a new one. When purchasing a new computer, we recommend that it have the following hardware specs:
1. It needs to have the latest version of Windows installed (NOT Home edition).
2. It needs to be able to fit inside the kiosk.
3. It needs to have enough ports to plug in all peripherals. (We recommend at least 5-6 USB ports.)
We recommend a computer with at least an i5 processor and 80 GB Solid State hard drive and at least 8GB of RAM as well.

After installing the new computer, you can give us remote access by installing TeamViewer. To do that, follow the steps in the Help Center article below:
